| Sometimes I build something for a special occasion, such as the departure of a friend or (former) colleague, our child heading off to college far away or to show off a bit. You might say I self-commission these these works, then give them to the people I “commissioned” them for. So far the reactions have been favorable, at least when I’m in the room. |
