Charlie was inspired by a collection of PVC pipes found at my favorite thrift shop (Austin Creative Reuse aka ACR). I immediately thought “This is a skeleton for Halloween”. LED strips (also from ACR) fill the “bones”.
The color of Charlie’s bones can be change by the turn of a knob (three knobs really).
